VENDORS YOU ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN PEACE RIVER’S BIGGEST EVENT:
Picnic in the Park – July 9, 2011
The Peacefest Organizing Committee would like to invite you to book a space at the Riverfront Park on Saturday, July 9, 2011
The Committee’s goal is to fill up Riverfront Park with a number of different venues to create awareness of the types of businesses, service groups and organizations that exist within the Peace Region.
This is a great opportunity for you to display, promote and sell your products and services or to show off your creations and talents. What an opportunity to fund-raise for your organization by setting up a food booth, sell baked goods, raffle tickets, crafts, or hold a yard sale!
Where: Riverfront Park – Peace River
When: Saturday, July 9, 2011
Display yourself: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
Cost: $25.00 at the park
*We also have available spots at the concert venue site of Peacefest for food vendors or like, at a cost of $100.00 per night. (Concert runs Friday Night and Saturday Night)
Power is unavailable. Vendors must supply their own generator if power is required. We are asking all venues to supply their own tables, chairs and equipment.
Registration deadline is Monday, July 5, 2010. Please note that registration fees are non-refundable. Cheques or money orders are to be made payable to: Peacefest. Please mail this form and payment to: Peacefest – Box 6936 – Peace River – Alberta – T8S 1S7 or fax to: 780-624-5121.
Vendors assume all responsibility of their property. Peacefest will not be responsible for any damages or theft.
