VENDORS, YOU ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE
IN PEACE RIVER’S BIGGEST EVENT
The Peacefest Organizing Committee would like to invite you to book a space at the 12 Foot Davis Concert Grounds on Friday, July 13 or Saturday, July 14, 2012.
The Committee’s goal is to fill up the Concert Grounds with a number of different venues to create awareness of the types of businesses, service groups and organizations that exist within the Peace Region.
This is a great opportunity for you to display, promote and sell your products and services or to show off your creations and talents. What an opportunity to fund-raise for your organization by setting up a food booth, sell baked goods, raffle tickets, crafts, or hold a yard sale!

Power is unavailable. Vendors must supply their own generator if power is required. We are asking all venues to supply their own tables, chairs and equipment.
Registration deadline is Monday, July 2, 2012. Please note that registration fees are non-refundable.
Cheques or money orders are to be made payable to Peacefest.
Vendors assume all responsibility of their property. Peacefest will not be responsible for any damages or theft.
